What is Smoke Halo?

Smoke Halo by The Gray Society is an online retailer specializing in premium hemp-derived products including THCa flower, edibles, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape cartridges. All of our products are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Are your products legal?

Yes. All Smoke Halo products are derived from industrial hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, some states have enacted their own restrictions on hemp-derived products. It is your responsibility to verify that our products are legal in your state before ordering. Please check our Shipping Policy for a list of states we do not ship to.

How old do I have to be to order?

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Smoke Halo. We enforce this age requirement and may request verification at checkout or upon delivery.

What is THCa?

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp and cannabis plants. In its raw form, THCa is non-intoxicating. When exposed to heat (smoking, vaping, or cooking), THCa converts to Delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation. Our THCa products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in their raw, unheated form.

Do you have lab results for your products?

Absolutely. Every product we sell is tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page and on our dedicated Lab Results page. COAs verify cannabinoid content, terpene profiles, and confirm the absence of pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents.

Will your products make me fail a drug test?

Yes, it is possible. Our products contain cannabinoids that may cause a positive result on a drug test, including standard THC screenings. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend consulting with your employer or testing provider before using any hemp-derived products. Smoke Halo is not responsible for any failed drug tests.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Products are vacuum sealed for freshness and privacy. We offer standard (3–7 days), expedited (2–3 days), and priority (1–2 days) shipping options. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

What states do you ship to?

We ship to most states in the continental United States. Due to varying state regulations on hemp-derived products, we cannot ship to all 50 states. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a complete list of restricted states. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.

Can I return my order?

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
