All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may not be processed until the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@smokehalo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Weather Delays

During extreme weather conditions, shipping carriers may experience delays. Smoke Halo is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
